Mountain View, CA - October 12, 2001 - Health Hero Network, Inc., today reported that the Disease Management Association of America (DMAA) awarded Health Hero Network as the “Best Enabling Tool For Disease Management” at the Third Annual Disease Management Leadership Forum in New Orleans, Louisiana. This award recognizes Health Hero’s technology as significantly enhancing the ability of a disease management program to achieve clinical, humanistic and economic outcomes. The DMAA awards are the third annual awards recognizing significant innovations, accomplishments, and leadership in the disease management community.
