Improving Quality of Disease Management Through Telemedicine

Mr. Brown will participate in Plenary VI, Technology Advances in Healthcare, on Saturday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m, in Salon E.
Mr. Brown will discuss a telemedicine-assisted model of disease management and present results from several recent implementations for diseases including asthma, hypertension, heart failure, and diabetes.
