ADCOM TO DELIVER HEALTH HERO TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM IN CANADA
Health Hero Network and ADCOM Sign Partnership Agreement
Mountain View, Calif. and Toronto, Canada – July 24, 2003 - Health Hero Network, Inc., the developer of a proprietary technology platform for health monitoring, today announced that ADCOM, Inc. has joined the company’s team of international resellers. With seven offices across Canada, ADCOM provides comprehensive telehealth solutions including state-of-the-art technologies and a full range of consulting and training services to support successful integration into the healthcare setting. Under the terms of the agreement, ADCOM will distribute Health Hero Network products throughout Canada.
ADCOM, and its TecKnowledge Professional Services Division, bring tremendous experience and practical knowledge in planning, implementing and managing successful telehealth networks. The company provides strategic planning, project management, application design and implementation, and training services to healthcare clients throughout Canada.
The Health Hero® platform includes the easy-to-use Health Buddy® appliance and Health Buddy Web® patient interfaces, which send information to the iCare Desktop™, a web-based patient management tool that monitors clients’ responses. Patients respond to daily questions customized for over fourteen specific health conditions including senior wellness, diabetes, and heart failure.
