INNOVATIVE RESOURCE GROUP TO WORK WITH HEALTH HERO NETWORK TO DEPLOY INTERNET-ENHANCED DISEASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Waukesha, WI - January 2, 2001 - Innovative Resource Group, a national care management company, announced the signing of an agreement with Health Hero Network, Inc. to enhance Innovative Resource Group’s existing disease management programs. Innovative Resource Group will leverage the Health Hero platform to connect Innovative Resource Group’s disease management care managers with their chronically ill clients in their homes, and deliver disease management services on a daily basis.

“Achieving measurable results through innovation is one of our disease management goals.” noted David Burnett M.D., Vice President and Medical Director of Innovative Resource Group, “The Health Hero program provides us the technology to achieve this goal and positively impact the lives of our customers.”
