Great idea! I am more of the cyclist and want to buy a Spin Desk. This is a bike with a laptop holder all in one. Today I googled this topic to see what people think. I found an article by the Mayo clinic called N.E.A.T. They agree it is a great idea.
Now I need to find someone who has used the Spin Desk. I am ready to buy but wanted some feedback.

That's great Steve! I love the idea and the contraption!
Now, could you talk to Starbucks about getting groups of those so I could go with my friends?
I really need to find a good and user-friendly way to work exercise into my life too ... hmmmm

I like the design. "Form follows Function"

Last year I started an increased exercise routine that involved trying to get to all the East Bay Regional Parks. My average distance has gone up to between 5-7 miles and I get more hills. And get a load of this Steve .... I lost 35 pounds!

Keep us informed of you success or we will have to start "poking" you.
