Kelly Cantwell asked me about the organization that I have been helping with in Uganda. It is an organization that has international branches. I live in Canada so I volunteer through Friends of Mengo Hospital Canada. There is an organization in the US called Friends of Mego Hospital US.
I have been out to help at the AIDS Clinic in this ancient hspital in Kampala 3x. the last 2 trips have been to assist the AIDS patients in creating income generating projects for themselves and for the AIDS Clinic. It has been amazing. The clinic has programs for children and adults who are infected or affected by AIDS.
